11 things we learned about Pixar's 'Brave'

Slashfilm has given their 11 things we learned about Pixar's Brave. I recreated the list below for brevity. To get the full story, head over to Slashfilm (and tell them we sent you :)).
  1. Brave takes place in the 10th Century
  2. Merida is a bad ass
  3. Three is a magic number
  4. 80% of the movie used to be in snow, but the new director changed that
  5. Old is harder than new
  6. Celtic and Pictish symbolism is everywhere
  7. The Pizza Planet truck IS in the movie
  8. 350 brushes were created for moss and rocks alone
  9. Wisps are blue
  10. Merida has a lot of hair, which was very difficult to manage
  11. The bear's name is Mordu
Since I was not at D23, I cannot verify these statements outside what we all have seen in the teaser and currently released screen shots and posters.

First off, I am not a fan of magic numbers. The three thing seems like the animators (and writers) took some shortcuts.

The Pizza Planet truck scene will be a poorly disguised product placement. While I understand the need for such things, I hoped Pixar could of done it better.

The same goes for the main bear villain. Disney couldn't let you guys have a girl have a human antagonist, Pixar?
